More on MD Hearing’s Models

The Air

The Air is MD Hearing’s best seller. These hearing aids are virtually invisible while still packing the punch of a quality hearing aid. The Air features high-quality sound and advanced digital technology which is ideal for older adults who spend time in loud environments. Included is a free protection plan and extra batteries.

The Volt

The Volt was MD Hearing’s first rechargeable hearing aid. The battery takes approximately 3-3.5 hours for a full charge which, on average, lasts 20+ hours. The Volt features two directional microphones which help offer a more pleasurable listening experience by distinguishing voice from background noise.

The Volt Max

The Volt Max is MD Hearing’s “smart” model—it focuses on the sounds the wearer wants to hear by automatically detecting and adjusting to surrounding noise. This device is also Bluetooth-enabled so you can pair the hearing aids with your smartphone and manage them through the MD Hearing app. The app also makes it possible for the wearer to adjust the Volt Max customized noise reduction and settings to each ear individually.

The Neo

The Neo is MD Hearing’s in-the-canal (ITC) hearing aids and boasts a rechargeable battery with a discreet fitting, with 17+ hours of power on a single full charge. The Neo also features advanced noise reduction to reduce background noise and advanced feedback

MD Hearing Warranty

All MD Hearing devices come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty which covers any malfunctions or defective parts. The warranty begins from the date the customer receives their hearing aids. MD Hearing will repair or replace the hearing instruments at no cost to their customers.

The MDShield Protection Plan is also available at an additional cost. This covers any type of accidental damage, such as water exposure, battery corrosion, or breakage. Keep in mind that it doesn’t cover the loss or theft of the hearing aids.

MD Hearing Service Offering

MD Hearing provides medical-grade hearing aids that are registered with the FDA. Their online shopping platform makes the purchase process relatively easy, and the free delivery is helfpul. MD Hearing offers a 45-day trial period with every purchase, during which the hearing aids can be returned for a full refund. They also have a dedicated support team of hearing instrument specialists who assist customers as needed via phone or email.

In addition to the hearing aids, MD Hearing has a free online hearing test that was designed by audiologists, ENT doctors, hearing aid specialists, and sound engineers you can take right from home. You get your results instantly and the test takes less than 8 minutes.
