Customer Review | Lexie Lumen Hearing Aids

I want to take the time to tell you about the best affordable hearing aid company on the planet. Lexie Hearing is a cut above the rest. I did my due diligence and found that Lexie hearing aids are the most affordable for the average person. Hearing aids go from $3,000-$5,000 with no insurance coverage for most. This is very disappointing and disturbing. When I called Lexie support, the staff were very nice, professional, patient, and knowledgeable of their product.

Customer support

I spoke with one of their hearing experts for an extended period of time as I take the potential investment of my hard-earned money very seriously. The hearing experts explained everything to me step by step in generic terms. After our extended conversation about the Lexie hearing aids (as I mentioned earlier, doing my due diligence with other products), I was sold. Now after I purchased the hearing aids and they soon arrived, I again got on the phone and had one of their hearing experts walk me through the setup process. For me, it took some time. The hearing expert was very proficient and knowledgeable of their product. Most of all they were very patient with me, a techno gremlin at times.

I took their hearing test, measurements of the devices, and the tuning all through my cell phone. I also got assistance with the assembly and briefed on the care of the devices. All with the help of the hearing expert. This process took some time, the hearing expert was patient. I know this is a lot and may not be believable, however, it’s true. To top it off, I received multiple follow-up calls checking on me to see how I’m making out with the hearing aids.

Cost of the hearing aids

Lexie Hearing has two payment options. I chose the monthly option. For just under $50.00 a month, I got 2 hearing aids, multiple supplies, including quarterly supply updates and a warranty included. This came with a 45-day return policy. Again I know it’s hard to believe, but it’s true.

If you’re just like me thinking, why are these hearing aids so cheap, and made of so good quality? Lexie Hearing was developed by hearing experts who knew of the high cost of hearing aids and wanted to create a good quality device that is affordable to the average person. And there you go, the birth of Lexie Hearing.

Overall experience

Since using Lexie Lumen hearing aids, I have a new lease on life. Don’t get confused by any imitations which are usually sound amplifiers giving you the false pretense that they’re hearing aids. And if you’re concerned about how they look, the Lumen hearing aids are very small (about the size of a small paper clip) and very unnoticeable. Lexie Lumen hearing aids come in several colors that can blend into your complexion. I’m not a hired actor, I’m a true, and valid customer.

I give Lexie Lumen hearing aids the highest recommendation to anyone, as I already have. Multiple people I’ve referred have the same praise for Lexie Hearing. Give Lexie Lumen hearing aids a try, I promise you won’t regret it.

Respectfully,
Elijah T., IV, PPS
